Welcome to Medray Evo ("we," "us," or "our"), a diagnostic service dedicated to providing comprehensive health assessments through full-body MRI scans, curated blood panels, urine tests, ECG, CT screening, and 2D echo. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, advanced imaging and diagnostic solutions for proactive health screening. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Medray Evo's services in India. By accessing, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms in full.

1. Scope of Services

Medray Evo offers a

Client data collected during the comprehensive health screening includes:
  • Whole-body MRI scans for early detection of potential abnormalities.
  • Curated blood test panels covering a wide range of biomarkers.
  • Urine tests for metabolic and kidney function analysis.
  • Electrocardiogram (ECG) for cardiovascular assessment.
  • CT screening for specific health evaluations.
  • 2D Echo for heart function analysis.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Not a Healthcare Provider

Medray Evo is not a licensed healthcare provider, medical practice, or clinical entity and does not engage in the practice of medicine.

Informational Purpose Only

All imaging, screening, and test results provided by Medray Evo are for informational use only. They are not intended to replace professional medical advice, evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients must consult licensed healthcare providers for medical guidance and follow-up evaluations based on their results.

3. Provider-Patient Relationship

The use of Medray Evo services does

not establish a provider-patient relationship between the client and Medray Evo, its staff, or affiliates. All medical consultations and treatments must be obtained from licensed medical professionals.

4. Screening and Diagnostic Limitations

  • Medray Evo's services do not replace standard diagnostic tests such as mammograms, colonoscopies, or other specialized screenings.
  • While our advanced imaging and tests help detect potential health concerns, they are not exhaustive or definitive diagnostic tools.
  • Incidental findings may be detected during scans and tests. Clients are encouraged to consult their physicians for further evaluation and appropriate follow-up.

5. Emergency and Urgent Care

Medray Evo does

not provide emergency or urgent care services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please immediately contact emergency services (e.g., call 112 in India) or visit the nearest hospital.

6. Financial Responsibility

  • Medray Evo operates on a self-pay model. Insurance, including government schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, Medicare, or private insurance policies, are not accepted.
  • Clients are solely responsible for the payment of all fees associated with Medray Evo services.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Medray Evo complies with applicable

Client data is handled in compliance with Indian data protection laws, ensuring the confidentiality and security of personal health information. Data collected during imaging and tests is used for:
  • Scheduling and coordinating services.
  • Generating and delivering reports.
  • Quality improvement and service optimization (using de-identified data where applicable).
Client data will only be shared with third parties upon explicit written consent from the client.

8.Use of Technology

Medray Evo leverages

advanced imaging technologies, including AI-assisted tools, to enhance the quality and accuracy of imaging reports. However, these technologies are supportive tools and are not substitutes for professional medical evaluation.

9.Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate personal information and medical history when registering for Medray Evo services.
  • Medray Evo is not responsible for inaccurate reports due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

10.Third-Party Services

  • Medray Evo may collaborate with trusted third-party labs and imaging centers for specific diagnostic services.
  • Medray Evo does not assume responsibility for errors or omissions by third-party service providers.
EVO360 is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete reports that arise due to incorrect information provided by the client.

11.Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes related to these Terms or the use of Medray Evo services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.
  • Clients waive their rights to participate in class actions or jury trials.

12.Amendments to Terms

Medray Evo reserves the right to

modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on Medray Evo’s website, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.Limitations of Liability

Assumption of Risk

Clients assume all risks associated with Medray Evo services, including:
  • Incidental findings that may require further testing.
  • Additional medical evaluations recommended based on reports.

No Guarantees

  • Medray Evo does not guarantee the detection of all medical conditions, diseases, or abnormalities.
  • Medray Evo disclaims liability for missed diagnoses, technological limitations, or reporting errors.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Medray Evo harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of its services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Medray Evo and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as loss of data, business disruptions, or emotional distress.
  • Any claims exceeding INR 10,000 or the total amount paid by the client in the past 12 months, whichever is lower.
